Shipping policy

- For orders in Canada using Standard shipping option, it normally takes 1 to 7 days. It may take up to 10 days if you are in a remote area. 

- For orders in the US using Standard shipping option, it normally takes 3 to 7 days. It may take up to 10 days if you are in a remote area. 


Cities or provinces near Montreal, Canada may receive their package faster since it is where we are located.

If you order before 12:00 EST, we will ship your order the same day. We might ship it the same day also even if you're a little bit late but you'll have to guess ;).

After completing your order on our website, you will receive a tracking number with shipping confirmation email, once we created the shipping label. 

If you are located near our store and you selected the « Pick up In-Store » option at checkout, please contact us before passing by. Otherwise, there may not be someone to open the door for you. You can contact us at [email protected], by using the chat during the open hours or by phone 438-887-7597. 

Yes we do have many customers from Europe ! Shipping charges are different from every countries in Europe. If you having trouble completing your order on our website, please send us an email at [email protected] including the items you wish to order and your shipping address. We will then send you a personalized invoice by email with the right shipping price :).

Yes we do! We frequently ship to Canada and the US but if you ask us, we can make you a shipping quote for orders Worldwide.

Returns and exchanges

For returning an order, you must contact us in the first place. You can reach out to us by using the live chat during the open hours, by phone 1-438-887-7597 or by email at [email protected].

We will then give you a return number. You will have to include in the return package your name and the return number on a piece of paper. This will help us a lot accelerate the refund after we receive the package. 

You will be responsible for the shipping charge to return the package. Customers in the United States must use USPS for their returns.

We will then proceed with the refund within 48h after receiving the package. The shipping costs of your initial order are not refundable.

Unfortunately, we do not accept any online exchanges. We determined as per our experience that it is better for the client and for us if we don’t manage exchanges. It is simpler and faster to return the product you do not like and receive a refund. In the meantime, you may order the right product which will best suit your needs. 


There is two exceptions :

If you bought a Kit and one item of the kit does not fit, you will be able to exchange it. Please contact us for the procedure.You can always exchange an item by coming directly to our store : 3750 Losch Boulevard, Saint-Hubert, Quebec, Canada, J3Y5T6. You must reach out to us before coming by to make sure someone is going to be there and open the door.

No, unfortunately, we don't do refund for gift cards.

Other questions

Customers from outside Canada can easily make a purchase using their currency. We currently accept orders in USD$, EUR€ or GBP£. You can change the currency on our website by selecting the right one in the header menu. 

We use the daily currency exchange rate.
