Yes, if the order has not been shipped yet. Write to us at [email protected] and we will refund the order. Please note that the transaction fees will not be refunded (3-6% depending of the provider) since the payment/card providers (PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, etc) do not refund these fees to us.
Shipping
For orders in Canada & USA, the Standard shipping option typically delivers in 2 to 7 business days. In remote areas, delivery may extend to 10 business days. Express shipping generally arrives in 2-4 business days.
Cities near Montreal, Canada may receive their package faster since it is where we are located.
For Europe & International orders, delivery typically takes 7-14 business days but can extend to 22 business days in certain cases.
We usually send off orders the next day. We could even get it out on the same day if the sun's shining :)
Orders needing customization add extra time to shipping.
After completing your order on our website, you will receive a tracking number with a shipping confirmation email, once we created the shipping label. You will then be able to track your package using the link provided.

Yes, but P.O. Boxes and rural zip codes may be subject to a delivery surcharge between 15$-50$CAD. We will contact you before shipping your order if this is the case.
Most of the time, carriers will charge an extra fee to modify the delivery address. This fee will be the responsibility of the client. We will contact you immediately if this is the case.Â
Yes we do have many customers in Europe ! Shipping charges are different for every countries in Europe. The rate should be displayed at checkout. If you are having trouble completing your order on our website, please send us an email at [email protected]Â including the items you wish to order and your shipping address. We will then create you a custom invoice and send the payment link by email.

Returns
Yes, you benefit from a delay of 30 days after receiving your order to return it. The item must be in the same condition as on sale, either in its original condition, unworn and unwashed. It also must be in its original packaging and have all labels.

Unfortunately, we do not accept any online exchanges.
Exchanges are accepted in person at our warehouse for your convenience.
You can make a return online or in store within 30 days of the delivery date.
Simply ask for a return request after log in to your account or send us an email at [email protected].
We will send you a return label by email. Please note that the return label cost is the responsability of the client and will be defucted from the refund.
No, shipping cost are not refundable.Â
Once your return is processed and inspected at our warehouse, your funds will be credited back to your original method of payment. You can expect to see this reflected on your statement within 3-10 business days.

Customers from outside Canada can easily make a purchase using their currency. We currently accept orders in USD$, EUR€ or GBP£. You can change the currency on our website by selecting the right one in the header menu.Â

No, unfortunately, we don't do refund for gift cards.
