Yes, you benefit from a delay of 30 days after receiving your order to return it.

The item must be in the same condition as on sale, either in its original condition, unworn and unwashed. It also must be in its original packaging and have all labels.

There are two ways you can submit a return request :

  1. Log in to your account here : START A RETURN. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, select the items you want to return. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. Click "Request return".
  2. Email us at [email protected] with the following information : name, order number, item that you would like to return, reason for returning the item. 

As soon as we receive your return request and approve it, we will email you a return shipping label along with the return procedure. Please note that the shipping label cost is the responsibility of the client and will be deducted from the refund. The label cost will be shared in the return procedure email.

All customized items are not refundable as well as final sales items. 

When will I get my refund ?

Once your return is processed and inspected at our warehouse, your funds will be credited back to your original method of payment. You can expect to see this reflected on your statement within 3-10 business days.

Are the shipping charges from the original order refundable ?

No, shipping cost are not refundable

Do you offer exchanges ?

Unfortunately, we do not accept any online exchanges. Exchanges are accepted in person at our warehouse for your convenience.

Can I cancel my order ?

If we haven't shipped your order yet, we can cancel it. Call us at 1-833-527-5470 or send us an email at [email protected] and we will refund the order. Please note that the transaction fees will not be refunded (3-6% depending of the provider) since the payment/card providers (PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, etc) do not refund these fees to us.

Exemple: If you paid 250$ for your order and you want to cancel it before it is shipped, you can. We will cancel the order and refund 250$ - (transactions fees 5% in this case) 12,50$ = 237,50$.

Can I make a change to my order ?

If your order has not been processed yet, we can modify your order. Please contact us as soon as possible 1-833-527-5470 or [email protected].

Can I return my order from outside Canada and the US ?

Yes, you can return your order to our canadien warehouse. Custom fees and taxes if applicable must be paid in advance. We will not accept any international returns if the package is not cleared from customs, taxes and other fees.

Can I get a refund for a gift card ?

No, all gift cards are not refundable.
