Zebrasclub offers a 90-day limited warranty on all of our products. If you encounter any defects in materials or workmanship within 90 days of purchase, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
To process a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Take 2-3 clear pictures of the defective item.
- Email the pictures to info@zebrasclub.com.
- Include the following information in your email:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your order number
- A brief description of the suspected defect.
We will review your claim and respond with further instructions as quickly as possible.
