Gabriel and Mathieu Poissant

My brother and I have been officiating hockey for over 15 years. We started young—at just 14 and 15 years old—and from day one, we’ve been passionate not only about officiating but also about entrepreneurship and technology.

Through years of experience on the ice, we identified a clear and persistent challenge: finding quality referee equipment was far too difficult. Affordable, official gear was nearly impossible to come by, and it often meant visiting multiple sports shops just to piece together what we needed.

That’s why, in 2017, we founded Zebrasclub.com—a platform created by officials, for officials. Our mission is to make it easy and affordable for hockey referees to access high-quality gear, backed by the best customer service in the industry. We believe officials deserve to look sharp and perform at their best every time they step on the ice.
