You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. To ensure a smooth process, please note the following requirements and options:
Return Eligibility
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when sold.
- Packaging: Include all original packaging and labels.
- Exceptions: Customized items and final-sale merchandise are not eligible for return.
If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.
How to Request a Return
You may choose one of two methods:
- Return Portal
- Visit [START A RETURN] and log in.
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return (if your order contains multiple).
- Choose a return reason and add an optional note.
- Click “Request return”.

- Full name

- Reason for return
Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions. Return‑label costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from your refund; you’ll see the exact amount in your return instructions email.
Return Inspection and Refund Process
- After your returned item arrives at our warehouse, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements. Once the inspection is complete and your return is approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued directly to the original payment method used for your purchase.
- You can expect to see the credit on your statement within 3–10 business days.

Exchanges
- We do not process online exchanges.
- In‑person exchanges are available at our Saint‑Hubert warehouse.
Order Cancellations & Modifications

Once orders are placed, our team begins processing them within minutes, so we are unable to edit or cancel orders after this point. This includes:
- Adding or removing an item
- Changing an item size
- Modifying the delivery address
- Changing the shipping method
- Applying a discount code

Return Adresses
- Returns from Canada are accepted at our Canadian warehouse.
- Returns from US are accepted at our US warehouse.
- Returns from outside Canada & the US are accepted at our Canadian warehouse.
- All customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees must be prepaid by the customer.
- Packages that are not cleared through customs will be refused.
