You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. To ensure a smooth process, please note the following requirements and options:


Return Eligibility

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when sold.

  • Packaging: Include all original packaging and labels.

  • Exceptions: Customized items and final‑sale merchandise are not eligible for return.


How to Request a Return

You may choose one of two methods:

  1. Return Portal

    1. Visit [START A RETURN] and log in.

    2. Enter your order number and email address.

    3. Select the item(s) you wish to return (if your order contains multiple).

    4. Choose a return reason and add an optional note.

    5. Click “Request return”.

  2. By Email
    Send your request to [email protected], including:

    • Full name

    • Order number

    • Item(s) to return

    • Reason for return

Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions. Return‑label costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from your refund; you’ll see the exact amount in your return instructions email.


Refunds & Timing

  • After we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • You can expect to see the credit on your statement within 3–10 business days.

Original Shipping Charges

  • Non‑refundable: Original shipping fees are never refunded.


Exchanges

  • We do not process online exchanges.

  • In‑person exchanges are available at our Saint‑Hubert warehouse.


Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Cancel an Unshipped Order

    • Call us at 1‑833‑527‑5470 or email [email protected].

    • We will refund the full order amount minus transaction fees (3–6%, depending on provider).

      • Example: A $250 order with 5% fees = $250 − $12.50 = $237.50 refunded.

  • Modify an Unprocessed Order

    • If your order hasn’t been processed, we can update it.

International Returns

  • Returns from outside Canada & the U.S. are accepted at our Canadian warehouse.

  • All customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees must be prepaid by the customer.

  • Packages that are not cleared through customs will be refused.
