As the holiday season approaches, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your continued support throughout the year. We hope this festive season brings you joy, warmth, and moments of togetherness with your loved ones. 

Here is our schedule for order shipping, customer service, and in-store pickups during this period.

📦 Shipping Schedule (Canada & Overseas)

We will be shipping orders on the following days:

  • December 29

  • December 30

  • January 5

📦 Shipping Schedule (United-States)

We will be shipping orders on the following days:

  • December 23

  • December 29

  • December 30

  • December 31

  • January 2

  • January 5

🛍️ In-Store Pickup & Walk-In Orders

On the shipping days listed above, customers can:

  • Pick up their orders in store, and

  • Place orders directly in store
    between 8:30 AM and 12:00 PM.

📞 Customer Service Holiday Hours

Our customer service team will be on holiday from
December 24 to January 4.

They will be available on:

  • December 23, and

  • January 5.

     Custom orders

All custom orders will be processed and shipped during the week beginning January 5th.

Messages received during the holiday period will be answered once our team returns.
