Good news for U.S. refs: Faster shipping, no duties—now shipping from the USA
If you’re ordering from the United States, we’ve got great news. To give you faster delivery and better service—and to eliminate import duties and customs fees—we’re moving U.S. fulfillment to a warehouse inside the United States within the next two to three weeks (by October 9 to 16, 2025).

Expect shorter ground transit—often 1–3 business days in the Northeast and 2–4 business days nationwide (exact timing depends on your address and carrier). -
No import duties or customs brokerage fees
Your order ships domestically, so you won’t see cross-border charges at delivery. -
Simpler, faster returns
U.S. returns will be processed at our U.S. facility for quicker turnarounds. -

More consistent scan events from pickup to delivery.

Timeline
We’re switching U.S. fulfillment within the next two to three weeks (by October 9 to 16, 2025). Orders placed before the switchover may still ship from Canada; orders placed after will ship from our U.S. warehouse once stock is available.

Will I pay duties or customs fees?
No. Domestic U.S. shipments don’t incur import duties or customs brokerage fees.
Will sales tax apply?
Where required by state law, applicable state sales tax may be charged at checkout.
How fast is shipping?
Most orders will arrive in 1–4 business days, depending on distance from the warehouse and carrier capacity. Remote areas can take a bit longer.
What about returns/exchanges?
U.S. returns will be processed at our U.S. facility, making exchanges and refunds faster.
What if an item is out of stock in the U.S.?
If a specific SKU isn’t yet stocked domestically, we will plan a restock as soon as possible.
