The measurements below were taken directly from a ZL-PRO-W jersey laid flat. For the most accurate size selection, compare these measurements with a jersey you already own and like.
If you are between two sizes, choose the smaller size for a closer fit or the larger size for a more relaxed fit. The current trend in hockey officiating is generally to wear the jersey closer to the body.

How the jersey was measured:
- E — Shoulders: measured from one shoulder seam to the other.
- M — Sleeve: measured from the shoulder seam to the bottom of the cuff.
- P — Chest flat: measured from side to side approximately 2.5 cm below the underarm.
- Chest around: calculated by multiplying the flat chest measurement by two.
- L — Length: measured from the highest shoulder point near the collar to the bottom of the jersey.
- T — Waist flat: measured across the bottom elastic waistband without stretching it.
