*The new CCM EPREF are made VERY SMALL compared to other CCM elbow pads and the Bauer elbow pads. Please follow the guidelines below. If you don't fit in these guidelines, we suggest looking at the Bauer elbow pads.

*LOWER PART OF BICEPS : maintain your arm straight and measure the circumference of the lower part of the biceps.
FOREARM : measure the circumference of the biggest part of your forearm, while maintaining your arm straight.
